Tournament Progression Adjustments
Skill scores are adjusted based on tournament phases:
+2 pts for reaching quarterfinals
+4 pts for reaching semifinals
+8 pts for reaching finals
The score cannot exceed 50 in case of retirement during the match.
Final score caps:
A player’s maximum score is capped if they play fewer than 3 rounds before reaching the quarter-finals:
1 round played: score capped at 55
2 rounds played (including in the case of a walkover, whether by the player or their opponent): score capped at 60
If a player loses their second match before the quarterfinals, their score is capped at 60.
Examples
Match played in the quarter-finals:
- All skill scores for each player in this match receive +2 bonus points.
Player who plays only 2 rounds before reaching the quarter-finals:
- The final score for each of their skills cannot exceed 60 points.
