Card fusion allows you to fuse 3 cards from your deck to create a new card, based on certain criteria from the current season. You can also use tokens to improve your chances of getting a card with specific characteristics.

Any card generated through fusion will be from the current season.

Card fusion will be available in the first quarter of 2025.


Why fuse your cards?

  • Improve card progression: Fusion allows you to improve your cards’ XP by accumulating the XP of the 3 cards into one card. Note that during this fusion, 25% of each card’s XP will not be transferred.

  • Give new life to outdated cards: This also allows you to repurpose old cards to obtain more relevant cards for the new season.

  • Create new season cards with old season cards: If you have cards from previous seasons, you can fuse them to obtain cards from the current season. This gives you an opportunity to breathe new life into your old cards.

  • Increase the value of cards: By fusing cards, you have a small chance of getting higher rarity cards or players with better skills.


Fusion mechanics

Fusion Process

  • Card selection: To start the fusion, you must select at least 3 cards from your deck.

Restriction

  • Cards for sale, training, or in competition: Cards that are already for sale, in training, or in competition cannot be fused.


Fusion result probability

The result of the fusion is influenced by the common attributes of the cards you choose. Each attribute has a chance of contributing to the fused card.

  • Attributes contributing to the fusion (30% each):

    • Tennis player

    • Skill

    • Rarity

    • Level (Tier)

    • Gender

For example, if you fuse three cards with the same skill, you have a 90% chance of getting a card with the same skill. The more similar the attributes of the cards are, the higher the chances of replicating those attributes in the fused card.

Chance of getting a higher rarity or level card:

During fusion, you have a very small chance (1%) of achieving an exceptional fusion. This fusion allows you to obtain a card of a higher rarity than the cards used, potentially even getting a Platinum card while only using Silver rarity cards. It’s also possible to obtain a higher-tier card of another player.


Fusion restrictions

Stock Availability: To perform a fusion, there must be enough cards available in the stock for the desired result. Only 20% of the stock per skill can be used to generate a card via fusion.

Platinum Cards: Platinum cards cannot be used in the fusion due to their limited availability in the stock.


XP transferred from fused cards

When fusing three cards, the XP of the new card will be calculated based on the XP of the fused cards. 25% of the XP from each card will not be transferred during fusion.

Calculation formula:

New XP = (XP of card 1 + XP of card 2 + XP of card 3) Γ— 0.75

Exemple :

  • Card 1 XP = 100

  • Card 2 XP = 250

  • Card 3 XP = 600

New XP = (100 + 250 + 600) Γ— 0.75 = 950 Γ— 0.75 = 712.5 XP

This reduction in XP is a balancing mechanism to make the fusion process more strategic.
